Job Description: Camp instructors are responsible for creating a fun and nurturing learning environment that truly engages campers! Instructors should be a self starters, full of initiative, who are positive and have critical thinking skills. Must be comfortable interacting with parents and children and pass background check.
Musical In A Week Instructors (2 full-time eight week positions available): Work in partnership with another camp instructor to create a full musical performance for ages 8-18 from auditions (everyone gets a role!) as you build acting, singing and dancing skills of students. Experience with teaching, directing, choreography, musical direction and/or piano is a plus. Stipend: $500 week
Play In A Week Instructors (2 or 3 full-time eight week positions available): Work in partnership with another camp instructor to create a full non-musical performance for ages 8-16 from auditions (everyone gets a role!) as you build stage skills like volume, articulation, characterization, confidence and dramatic expression of students. Experience with teaching, directing, acting or technical theater a plus. Stipend $500 week
Imagination Playtime Instructors (3 half-time morning, eight week positions available): Work in partnership with another camp instructor to explore creative drama activities based on a weekly theme through movement, song and games for ages 3 -7 . In a classroom setting this class includes an introduction to theater skills, script reading and a special final sharing time on the last day with their family. Experience with teaching, directing, acting or technical theater a plus. Stipend $230 week *this position could be full-time for three weeks in June depending on applicant
The Summer Camp Program Coordinator is the primary point of contact for both summer camp parents/guardians and camp instructors. They are responsible for the internal operations and processes that ensure instructors have the resources needed to lead well organized summer camps and managing all communications with camp registrants and their families regarding confirmations, reminders, wait list openings, and scholarships.

Management & Marketing Internship
This position is geared towards a college junior or senior seeking a degree in management, marketing, advertising, digital design, content creation, social media management, or similar looking for an opportunity to use apply their education and skills to build their experience. Responsibilities include supporting office staff and administration in their day-to-day functions including marketing, fund development, office administration, accounting, human resources, and general business management.

Scenic Build Internship
GREAT Theatre strives to create high quality live theater productions. The Scenic Build Internship will experience all carpentry aspects of GREAT Theatre’s productions, and events. This includes scenic construction, shop supervision and installations of set. This person will have the opportunity to work with a wide variety of professional theater artists and local volunteers.
