WHAT'S INTERESTING ABOUT THIS PRODUCTION:

  • This play is adapted from a children's novel published in 1972 written by American author Judy Blume, and introduces a character nicknamed “Fudge.”

  • Blume's books have sold over 82 million copies and they've been translated into 32 languages.

  • This book was originally titled Peter, Fudge and Dribble because another book had just come out called Peter Potts. Judy couldn't come up with anything she liked as well and finally sent her publisher a list of twenty possibilities, among them, Tales of a Fourth Grade Nothing.

Produced by special arrangement with Plays For Young Audiences.
