Want help preparing for your Little Shop of Horrors audition?

Have questions about auditioning? Want to meet the artistic team? We’d love to help!

Auditioning is an art and a learned skill, and we want our volunteers to feel as prepared as possible!  Join us on Wednesday, June 30th to hear about auditions directly from the artistic team. Director Nastacia will share about auditioning using sides (what they are, how to work with a reader, how to make choices), music director Hillary will talk about how to pick and prepare a song and you’ll learn a small excerpt from the show, and Choreographer Jade will give tips about how to prepare for choreography.

Participating in this free workshop is not required for those wishing to audition for the show and it also does not guarantee you will be cast.  Advance registration required by June 29.

  • WHEN: Wednesday, June 30 | 6:00-7:30pm
  • WHERE: Helgeson Learning Lab Theatre, 710 Sundial Drive, Waite Park (next to Crafts Direct)
  • WHAT: Hear from the artistic team, ask questions, get tips for auditioning. Please wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can dance in.
  • WHY: Learn something new and feel more comfortable auditioning! This free workshop is designed to help volunteers feel more prepared and confident going into auditions.
