A provocative musical where glamour and escapism mask the darker reality of a world teetering on the edge.

Set in the vibrant yet tumultuous world of 1930s Berlin, Cabaret pulls us into the intoxicating world of the Kit Kat Club, where the sultry glamour of the nightclub offers an escape from the rising tide of political unrest. As the Nazi regime tightens its grip, the carefree indulgence inside the club collides with the harsh realities beyond its doors. Exploring the complexities of identity, desire, and survival, Cabaret blurs the line between fantasy and reality, revealing a world where freedom comes at a cost—and the illusion of safety can shatter in an instant.

Featuring state-of-the-art lighting and sound, the Helgeson Learning Lab Theatre will be transformed into the Kit Kat Club where audiences will be immersed in its seductive and dangerous world.
