Thank you for your interest in being part of backstage crew! There are a variety of roles available and all are just as critical as the roles that are in the spotlight on the stage performing. A description for each crew position is below – no previous experience is necessary and we will provide training for you to be successful and comfortable in your role on crew. Whether you’re a seasoned crew member or you’ve never been backstage before, we encourage you to sign up!

CREW POSITIONS

Crew Roles – Please check those you are interested in

STAGE/PROPS CREW (1-2 people needed) – Stage/props crew is responsible for the technical scenic elements of productions.

RAIL CREW (1-2 people needed) – They are responsible for fly in/out of scenery or curtains at varying speeds.

WARDROBE CREW (2-3 people needed) – Wardrobe crew is responsible for the care of all the finished costumes. This role has you staying a bit later than everyone else in order to sanitize costumes.

FOLLOW SPOT OPERATORS (2 people needed) – Are responsible for controlling the follow spots.

LIGHT BOARD OPERATOR (1 person needed) – They will trigger light cues during performances.

QLAB OPERATOR (1 person needed) – They will be triggering sound cues.
