Script Reading Committee

This is an extraordinary opportunity for an individual who is passionate about GREAT’s mission and theatre experiences in Central Minnesota.

As member of the Script Reading Committee you’ll get to provide a community relevant lens for production ideas at GREAT. You will read a variety of scripts and provide perspective and feedback on each with the collective goal of recommending productions that meet our community’s interests and needs and serve GREAT’s mission. Together we will explore possible theatrical experiences that intentionally come from a diverse (in terms of culture, race, ethnicity, gender, age, sexuality, socioeconomics, and theatrical experience) committee that showcases our distinct artistic vision and mission.

If you enjoy reading and discussing theatrical productions, have a passion for live theatre (whether you have been onstage, backstage, or in the audience), and want to deepen your connection to GREAT Theatre, this might be the volunteer opportunity for you.
