Subscribing gives ticket buyers the ultimate flexibility, savings, and perks. You create your own ticket package by selecting at least 3 shows and customizing the number of tickets for each. Because you'll be locked in at a lower ticket price, you can even purchase additional subscription tickets to any show throughout the season.

Field Trips - Student Matinee Ticket Reservations

Introduce your students to live theater with one of four productions for grades pre-school through senior high. The stage will come alive with local talent performing at the historic Paramount Theatre in Downtown St. Cloud and at the new Helgeson Learning Lab Theatre located inside the GREAT Theatre World Headquarters in Waite Park.

All 17/18 School Matinee performances are SOLD OUT.  Make sure you are on our email list to receive our 18/19 School Matinee brochure.

These Paramount Center for the Arts is the only authorized ticket-selling agents for GREAT Theatre productions at the Paramount Theatre.  We cannot vouch for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source such as third party scalping websites. Counterfeit and other invalid tickets will not be honored.  Please review the websites you are purchasing from as unauthorized re-sellers of tickets are charging a higher price.  

Ticket Designations

Adult : Age 18–59 and not a full-time student
Student/children: Under 18 and any full-time college student with a valid school ID

All guests require a ticket. 


GREAT Theatre and its partnering theatre spaces are committed to making the arts available and accessible to all. Patrons with accessibility needs are encouraged to request and recommend services that will enhance their experience in any of the facilities in which we rehearse or perform. The following services are provided at the Paramount Theatre and the Stephen B Humphrey Theater:

Phonic Ear Sound Enhancement systems amplify stage dialogue and music.  Patrons may pick up their individual receiver by requesting one from an usher or the box office.

Wheelchair accessible seating on the main floors of each theater are barrier free with ramping for easy access from the lobby, restrooms and parking.  The box offices will be happy to answer any questions concerning where to park or which entrance(s) to use prior to performances.

American Sign Language interpreters are provided at designated performances.  GREAT Theatre Interpreters are on the right side of the stage as you are in the audience looking AT the stage.  Please contact the Box Offices to arrange seating in the ASL designated areas or choose your very favorite seats.

*Please note the mobility limitations at each space:
  • The Paramount Theatre:There are no elevators to the balcony seating at the Paramount Theatre.  The balcony is only accessible by stairs.
  • The Stephen B Humphrey Theater: Rows J and above are reached by stairs with handrails.
