From the Director: In a romantic Greek island setting, Mamma Mia celebrates stories of all kinds of love through the music of the superstar pop group ABBA. This show contains adult humor / content and mild language. Our cast can expect to dance, jive, and have the time of your life beneath the glitzy, sparkling whirl of many mirror balls.

- Callbacks: If needed, will be Wednesday, January 29th.

Auditions will take place at GREAT World Headquarters, Helgeson Learning Lab Theatre, 710 Sundial Drive, Waite Park (next to Crafts Direct). Lots of close free parking available.
WHAT TO PREPARE FOR AUDITIONS:
Please arrive ten minutes early to your audition time.
MUSIC: Please prepare a song from musical theatre that best showcases your voice and demonstrates a connection to the character that you are auditioning for. You may perform a song from Mamma Mia or another musical of your choice. Your selection should be between 16-32 measures in length. You must bring a copy of your music that includes the piano part to your audition for our accompanist. Please click on the link below for suggestions to use from Mamma Mia.

Donna, Tanya, Rosie, Lisa & Women: Mamma Mia measures 45-59
MOVEMENT: Mamma Mia will come to life with both lively, energetic choreography and character-driven movement. You will learn and perform a short dance routine during your audition. The audition choreography will be taught by the choreographer at the audition workshop. Please dress for movement and wear closed toed shoes.
ACTING: You do not need to prepare a monologue for your audition. Readings from the script will take place call-backs as needed.
