Naked Mole Rats
Anna Bursch is an 8th grader at Oxrose Academy. Anna has been in many GREAT summer camps, and is excited to perform in Naked Mole Rat Gets Dressed. For Anna, the best thing about performing is seeing the audience smile, laugh, and enjoy the show! Outside of rehearsal and school, you might find Anna writing, drawing, or practicing the voices of characters she loves.
Elsa Galler is a 4th grader at Clearview Elementary. She’s been in several GREAT summer camps, and was in the most recent Youth Artist Project, Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus. Elsa decided to get involved this year because she had so much fun in the past! For fun, Elsa likes to read, bake, swim, and sing!
Faith Georgewill is an 8th grade student at Athlos Academy. She’s been in GREAT shows including The Little Mermaid and Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat. Faith enjoys theatre because it allows her to meet so many new friends! Her favorite pastime is dancing.
Eddisyn Helmin is a 3rd grade student at Riverview Intermediate. Naked Mole Rat Gets Dressed is Eddisyn’s stage debut—they auditioned for this show because it’s so funny! When they have time, they like to do gymnastics, sing, and of course, act!
Marie (MJ) Macauley is in the 3rd grade at St. Katharine Drexel. She has been involved with GREAT as a camper, and as an actor in The Sound of Music and Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus. MJ auditioned because she loves acting, but also because she loves Mo Willems’ books!
Alycia McLean is a 5th grade at Oak Hill. Alycia likes to swim, play games, and play outside in her free time! She decided to audition for Naked Mole Rat Gets Dressed because she loves doing GREAT summer camps, and wanted to be in a stage show!
Tanieya McLean is in the 3rd grade at Mississippi Heights. She decided to audition because she wanted to try something new and make new friends in the process! For fun, Tanieya likes gymnastics, swimming, and playing outside.
Ivy Mulqueen is in the 2nd grade at Madison Elementary. Ivy is excited about the friendships she’s made during this process, and can’t wait to continue in theatre. For fun, she likes to read, draw, collect rocks, play with dogs, or play Roblox.
Izzy Neisen is in the 6th grade at Rocori Middle School. They’ve been in many GREAT summer camps, and have taken the stage in shows like Mary Poppins and GREAT’s production of Matilda! Izzy joined this show because they have always loved naked mole rats, and thinks they look funny—plus, Izzy really likes Mo Willem’s books!
Mabel Plzak is in the 3rd grade, and is home schooled. She auditioned for this show because she thought it matched up with her personality—plus, she likes to wear bunny ears, so she’s kind of like Wilbur! In her free time, Mabel likes to act, read, make art, or play soccer.
Abby Reiter is in the 7th grade at Kennedy Community School. She’s been in Lion King Jr. at school, and has been in two of GREAT’s past Youth Artist Projects: Charlotte’s Web and Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus. When Abby has spare time. She likes to play softball, volleyball, basketball, or read!
Grayson Willman is a student at Foley Elementary. He likes to sing, dance, and act like characters in movies! He’s been in a number of GREAT summer camps, and likes to play with legos, be outside, and sing in his church choir in his free time.
Mireya Wolf attends St. John’s Prep, and is in the 6th grade. Mireya has been involved with GREAT summer camps and school plays. Mireya loves music and musical theatre, swimming, reading, learning different constellations, and spending time with her family.
Sofija Younglao-Talic is in the 6th grade at St. John’s Prep. Sofija is very active in theatre, and has been in shows like Dahlia Diaries, She Kills Monsters, and GREAT’s production of Akeelah and the Bee. When she’s not on stage or at school, Sofija might be drawing, dancing, or playing piano. She auditioned because she thinks the story line of this show is unique, and that the music is fun!
