Youth Artist Project: Winnie the Pooh KIDS

Back for the sixth year, the Youth Artist Project partners student artists with professional theatre artists and educators to bring a show to life! The student team will design and direct Disney’s Winnie the Pooh KIDS under the mentorship of the professional team, and each student production team member will receive a stipend of $250 at the end of the process.
High School students from across Central MN will fulfill the following roles under the mentorship of theatre professionals:
KEY DATES:
- May 13 from 6-8pm – Youth Artist Interviews via Zoom
- May 14 from 4-6pm – In-Person Youth Artist Interviews
- Week of June 3-Aug 5 – Mentor/Mentee meetings – specific dates and times are to be determined based on the team’s availability
- July 22 & 23 – Auditions – Open to youth ages 8-17!
- Aug. 12-Sept. 26- Rehearsals – M, Tu, Th from 4-6:30pm
- Sept. 30-Oct. 3 – Tech Week from 4-7:30pm
- Oct. 5, 6, 11, 12, 13 – Public Performances
- Oct. 4, 8, 10 – School Matinee Performances
Complete the application by May 9. We will reach out to schedule interviews for May 13 & 14.
